I had them service the transmission in my 2012 E350 Ford Van. I dropped it off and picked it up 2.5 hours later. I’ve only driven it about 5 miles and everything seems to be fine. I did not give a 5 because I had hoped to talk to the mechanic to get some feedback on the state of my transmission, and whether he saw anything in the drained fluid or filter, but I was only able to talk to the admin people and they were not over eager to give me access to the mechanic. I pull a large trailer with the van, and hoped to get a feel for how the transmission was aging.
